Terms of business
Any damage to pieces of artwork within the gallery need to be paid for.
Payment in full is required before any item leaves the gallery.
Copy-write remains with the artist unless agreed otherwise, therefore prints may be produced by the artist from an original piece of artwork at any time.
Any item in the gallery remains in the ownership of the artist until it has been sold. Once sold ownership transfers to the purchaser.
Consumer Refund/Returns Policy for Artworks Purchased
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless the goods are proven to be faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described)
If the item is posted, or sent by courier, this time may be extended to a maximum of 20 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any damage in transit back to the gallery is to be paid for by the client, who will claim from courier or postal service provider.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
In accordance with consumer law, we only replace items if they are proven to be faulty/defective or damaged.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
