Exhibition of artwork by Paul Jennings.
Paul’s career has been as a Lighting Technician for big groups such as Paul McCartney, Take That, ZZ Top etc, as well as a Blues and Jazz musician around Sussex. However, due to the lack of work as a consequence of the pandemic, he decided to take up drawing and painting, that he enjoyed as a schoolboy.
Without any formal training he has been experimenting in all aspect of creating a piece of artwork. Starting with pencil and charcoal, making small sketches, this has given him a sense of what he wants to do. He has progressed to painting in oils and acrylic, using brushes and he has enjoyed the use of a palette knife. His use materials from paper, canvas, board, and wood, has given him a new outlook in what he wants to achieve.
This exhibition will celebrate Pauls resilience and fortitude as a human being and talent as an artist.
